Claudia has always been fascinated by the complexity of the mind, the interwoven levels of consciousness between people and energy, and the body-mind-soul connection. She is a certified non-medical Hypnotherapist and the owner of the South African Institute of Hypnotism and the Mastermind Training Centre, which are accredited by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (USA) and the UK-based APHP (The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy). She is the Principal Trainer at the Mastermind Centre and has additional qualifications in PARTS THERAPY (USA), HNLP and Bio-Feedback.
Claudia also has a vast background in various alternative health and wellness therapies, such as aromatherapy, reflexology, therapeutic massage and various metaphysical and esoteric modalities. Her first introduction to Hypnosis, Autogenic Training and Hypnotherapy arose from her two pregnancies, when her then revolutionary gynecologist introduced her to methods of painless childbirth.
Training as a Lifeline counselor prompted her to investigate the possibility of facilitating even more change in people, to effect fast, lasting change in her clients. She has featured in magazines, on talk radio and television (SAFM, SABC, e.TV Hypnotherapy Claudia: Sistahood Interview, 21June2010 - eTv ). She is an international speaker, facilitates workshops and maintains her private practice in Table View, Cape Town where she works with individuals and groups. Wendal brings a few special qualifications to the training of hypnotherapists.
As a former paramedic he offers deeper insight into medical aspects and his involvement in complimentary healing modalities like Quantum Touch, Reikii and meditation enables him to incorporate the energy aspect where appropriate .
His background in teaching (as a lecturer) at a university ensures that he maintains a high professional and academic approach, interlaced with his unmistaken compassion for his fellow human being. He brings hands on knowledge to the courses through experiences with actual hypnotherapy sessions. Some of his work has been published in magazines and newspapers when he assisted women in experiencing a relaxed and virtually pain-free child birth, "confirming once more" he says, "the often under-utilized power of the mind."
Eugene's interest in hypnotherapy began after seeing a stage hypnosis show as a teenager. After extensive reading and sporadic experimentation with hypnosis, he postponed his study of hypnotherapy until after the completion of two law-based university degrees. He is currently at the head of three successful law firms based in the Western Cape, Free State and Kwa-Zulu Natal. In 2009, Eugene became a Certified Hypnotherapist through intensive training at the South African Institute of Hypnotism and have since been running a successful hypnotherapy practice, whilst also being a lecturer at the Institute. His analytical approach to the esoteric nature of hypnosis, serves as a grounding factor in the ongoing teachings of students.
Eugene's combined experience in hypnotherapy, healing and NLP affords him a well-grounded, holistic healing practice encompassing emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
Today, he devotes much of his personal time to spiritual development.
Hypnosis is Arno's passion! Having discovered self hypnosis about 17 years ago he has been using it on a daily basis to reach his goals, amongst other things using it to achieve the highest recognition academically, and enjoying the immense benefit this modality has to offer, reaching a point where the desire to help other people enjoy some of the same benefits. Leading to a certification in Hypnotherapy with SAIH, a hypnotherapy practice and assisting students to become hypnotherapists.
Based in Gauteng, Arno is a full time facilitator for the SAIH training courses in JHB, originally from a technical background, holding an electronic engineering degree Arno's approach to hypnotherapy and training is a practical approach with an attitude of - 'just do it'.
Operating from the strong underlying belief that we all have within us all the resources we need to find the solutions to reach the outcomes we want. With a practice in Nigel and in Pretoria, Arno helps people on a daily basis to become inspired by the immense resources they have inside of them thereby helping them to solve problems and achieve their goals.
At an early age Bianca was introduced to the concept of using hypnosis as an alternative to general anaesthetics (pain control). The memory of this cutting edge experience lingered and blossomed into a search for further truths about the human mind. Since then she has been fascinated by the infinite possibilities of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
Through her past professional activity in the service industry, she developed acute listening and rapport building skills, assisting people to improve their self-confidence whilst becoming more sensitive to the complexity of the issues and difficulties of mankind. Through her continued interest in the human psyche, she found in Hypnotherapy the modality which would bring powerful and lasting effects in people's lives. This prompted her to finally come full circle and complete her studies with SAIH to qualify as a Certified Hypnotherapist (Non-medical). Not only is her own life enriched by the understanding and use of Hypnosis - she continues to facilitate transformation in her clients; guiding them to reach their full potential and finding their own inner resources. She runs a successful practice from Table View and has now extended her involvement in Hypnotherapy by becoming a part time facilitator, co-trainer and SAIH representative.
With her calm and collected demeanour, Bev is the driving force behind all things administrative at the Institute. Her background in and talent as computer programmer enables her to ensure that everything runs as smooth as clockwork. She effortlessly and efficiently co-ordinates all the courses in Johannesburg seamlessly – to this all our travelling facilitators will attest.
Bev is regarded highly for her insight into the minds of all the students and members that she deals with on a daily basis. Her quiet skills of observation cuts straight to the quick and this talent also serves her well in her Hypnotherapy practice.
