Past Life Regression [PLR]

The term implies a regression or a going back, a re-experience of a life that has already occurred. PLR presupposes that one lives more than one life and thus a belief in reincarnation. But, this needn't be the case because a PLR can be a metaphor that is created by the subconscious to describe a present state of mind.

Whether a PLR is an elaborate image describing some idea or whether it is indeed an experience of what has occurred before doesn't detract from the enormous therapeutic benefits it can have on one.

This course explores all aspects of PLR experiences.

Sometimes one is informed about one's past lives when having charts read and/or consulting a clairvoyant but there is nothing more amazing than reliving the experience. Hypnosis is an excellent tool to take a person back to their past lives to explore them is depth.

So why would one wish to go back to a past life? This could simply be out of curiosity or it could be used therapeutically to resolve unwanted behavior that one experiences now.

How would this work?

If one sees a PLR experience as a metaphor then it gives one a window on the thinking of the subconscious mind. This brings understanding and can help to put things into a new context.
