Audio CD's

The Mind Effects Sounds for Therapy edition is only available to therapists. It contains 2 full 60 minute audio CD's which make use of the powerful audio relaxation system designed for the Mind Effects "Outcomes" series, without any speech or embedded suggestions. These highly effective soundtracks produce two different levels of relaxation in the therapy client.

The first program "Gentle Relaxation" facilitates a light Alpha state. The client is relaxed, focused and in the ideal state for a pre talk, interview or counseling session. The client will experience reduced stress, better recall; will be more receptive to the process and more communicative. This program will also be useful during active bodywork sessions where participation and feedback is required from the client.

The second program "Deep Relaxation" facilitates a deep Alpha to light Theta state. The client becomes deeply relaxed both physically and mentally as the subconscious mind becomes more receptive. This state is ideal for all levels of Hypnotherapy. The Sounds for Therapy programs will bring a new level of effectiveness to any practice where a controlled level of relaxation is desirable.

Home sessions are convenient, inexpensive and an excellent way to relax, meditate, advance your latent potential and facilitate healing. All CDs have a spiritual atmosphere but without any religious preference.
