Hypnosis is a tool that allows us to access the subconscious mind to effect sometimes instantaneous and lasting change. It is rewarding to witness, and be part of, the transformation and healing that occurs when someone is able to confront, manage and deal with or overcome issues that they have previously found challenging.

The mind, through selective awareness, is literally able to block out pain and I have recently had the pleasure of assisting a woman in experiencing a  relaxed and virtually pain-free birth, confirming once more, the often under-utilized power of the mind.

After graduating with an honours degree in psychology I took a detour to learn life's wisdoms. The journey took me from corporate life to a fulfilling family and back again to the mysteries of the mind. Along the way I added qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming and now offer a blend of traditional psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy.

Helping my clients discover the pleasures of life and their true potential is my greatest joy. I have also developed a specialty in weight loss, self-esteem and hypno birthing.
