I have been involved in the physical wellness industry for my whole life. I am a certified fitness trainer and an experienced businessman.

I now specialise in assisting my clients to achieve a state of balanced health and wellbeing. Having been in the health industry for 20 years I know that Gyms, diets and fad programs have failed most people in taking control of their lives. By resolving unconscious conflicts and dealing with outdated "mental programs", I will help you take control of your life again; both emotionally and physically. My highly analytical approach involves elements of Hypnosis, NLP and coaching.
